In this guide we will show you how to add your signature to –

Outlook on Mac

Step 1.
You will receive your email signature in a long text html format, which will start with <div> and end in <div>.

Step 2.
Go to https://html5-editor.net/ and insert (copy) the long format html signature code into the box on the left hand side.
The website will then convert this text into a html preview in the right hand box. This should look similar to the image below.

Step 3.
Ensure the signature looks as you are expecting. Use ‘command + A’ (select All) and select everything in the right hand box, then use ‘command C’ (Copy) to copy the signature to clipboard. Alternatively, use the mouse/trackpad to highlight the desired area and right click – copy.

Step 4.
Open Outlook Settings. Outlook > Settings.

Step 5.
Select the Signatures icon.
Step 6.
Select the + icon to add a new signature.
Your name will appear in the right hand panel and you will then be presented with the Signature Editor for Outlook

Step 7.
Paste in the HTML preview from the html-5 Editor.
It should look much like the example below.

Step 8.
Give the signature a name so you can identify it.
Press Save and close the Window.

Step 9.
The final step is to make sure the new signature is added to
New Messages
Replies/Forwards
Use the drop downs to add your new signature.


Outlook Online

Step 1.
You will receive your email signature in a long text html format, which will start with <div> and end in <div>.

Step 2.
Go to https://html5-editor.net/ and insert (copy) the long format html signature code into the box on the left hand side.
The website will then convert this text into a html preview in the right hand box. This should look similar to the image below.

 

Step 3.
Sign into your Office 365 account and open Outlook.

Step 4.
Look for the co icon in the top right hand corner

Step 5.
Look in Account and you will see the option for Signatures on the right.
Select + Add signature

Step 6.
Give the Signature a name.
Paste in the signature preview below the blue line.

Step 7.
Once you can see your signature check thee boxes for
– Set default for new messages
– Set default for replies and forwards


Step 8.
Press Save to retain your new email signature
